It appears that you are using ad block :'(. Forward air is Toon Link's go-to KO tool, thanks to its excellent horizontal knockback and power. Once grabbed, a character can be pummeled with the Attack or Grab buttons and thrown by. Toon Link's jab has decent startup and moderate range, so it's a good move to use for covering your landing. If close enough to the ledge, it will lock on to the ledge and pull Toon Link in after pressing A, so if you play the character, it's a good idea to go into training mode and test the range. Below are characters ranked by the height of their first jump. Does anyone know how many frames there can be between the two swings? Shield Lag is just extra freeze frames that both the attacker and defender suffer, so it does not affect frame advantage.Shield Stun is the amount of frames that the defender is stuck after Shield Lag ends.
